Since 1988, Placement Solutions has been providing Melbourne with top quality child care and domestic services.

The team at Placement Solutions takes great care in choosing the most appropriate Nannies (In-home Carers), Baby-sitters (Casual Child Carers), Cleaners and Housekeepers to meet your requirements.

Established in 1988, Placement Solutions is Australian owned and operated and run by the original owner. Set up in Melbourne by Louise Dunham (CEO), Placement Solutions was one of the first agencies to offer quality screened child-carers, as well as additional cleaning, ironing and complete Home Management Services to busy working people.

In 1996 another similar business was acquired-International Nanny Services, and in that year the two were merged into one company. The name was changed in 1998 to Placement Solutions.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, reliable service to both clients and staff. We work hard to find a balance between providing exemplary care and service to our clients while maintaining the rights of staff, as we believe that happy staff bring joy, enthusiasm and quality care to their placement.

From 2005 we are proud to be members of the National In-home Care Association (NICA)

Our CEO is proud to be one of the instigators (and past President) of the Victorian based Australian Association Of Nanny Agencies. This Association sets industry benchmarks and maintains a voluntary code of ethics designed to ensure that the industry is self-regulating and that maintaining the safety, welfare and happiness of your children is our paramount duty.

From 2007, Placement Solutions has been selected to take part in two national committees:

Childcare Management Team under the auspices of FASCIA.
National Setting of In home Care Standards Committee (also under FASCIA).
In 2007/2008, our CEO served on the Executive of NICA as Treasurer.

We set the benchmarks that others follow.
