We are keenly aware that your children and home are the most precious and personal aspects and assets of your life, and you need to feel secure that they are in competent, compassionate and responsible hands.
All our staff are thoroughly screened and reference checked, with current Police Clearances/Working with Children Checks.
Each family is different, with entirely different needs, so as an organisation we work with you to select and refine your criteria and job description to get exactly the help you need. This is why we offer individual home visits to all clients, to ensure that the needs of all parties are met.
Our nannies are available on a temporary or permanent basis, either living in or out, and are all personally interviewed.
Our premium Carers also complete comprehensive, specifically-designed application and child-care aptitude assessment forms.
They must have at least two years child care experience and a current first aid certificate.
