Household Manager - 2 Days a Week | Flexible Hours | HMTHWM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and capable Household Manager to support a family of four. The family require significant support with planning, initiating, and completing household tasks. The Household Manager will play a key role in reducing household stress and supporting overall family wellbeing.

About the Household
The family consists of two adults and two children, living in a single-storey home with three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, separate laundry, and a moderate-sized backyard.

Key Responsibilities
The Household Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the home, including:

Meal planning and preparation
Grocery shopping and household errands
Laundry, including washing, folding, and linen changes
General tidying, cleaning, and home organisation
Decluttering and maintaining household systems
Supporting family scheduling and calendar organisation

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining structure and consistency within the home. The successful candidate should be confident working independently and proactively identifying tasks that need attention. They will also be comfortable working alongside a parent who may be resting or experiencing low-capacity days.


We are seeking someone who is:
Experienced in household management, domestic support, or similar roles
Highly organised and proactive
Comfortable supporting neurodivergent individuals
Able to take initiative and manage competing household priorities
Reliable, flexible, and respectful of family dynamics
