Household Manager | 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday | HMHENM

🔹About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and reliable House Manager to support a busy household and ensure the home runs smoothly throughout the week.

The role is based in a single-storey, four-bedroom home with three bathrooms, two living areas, a kitchen, dining area and garage.

The household members work from home several days a week, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working independently and respectfully around changing work schedules.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining an organised, tidy and well-managed home.

⏰Key Responsibilities
Laundry and linen: Washing, drying, folding and putting away clothing and household linen, including changing bed sheets and making beds.
Home organisation: General tidying, decluttering and keeping household spaces organised.
Kitchen management: Cleaning and organising the fridge and pantry, maintaining kitchen order and assisting with food shopping.
Household upkeep: General dusting, tidying and ensuring living areas are neat and presentable.
Shopping and errands: Grocery shopping, collecting dry cleaning and completing other household errands as required.
Household administration: Assisting with family scheduling, calendar organisation and other ad hoc household tasks as needed.

🗓️Working Arrangements
The position is required five mornings per week, Monday to Friday, for approximately four hours per day. Start and finish times will be confirmed directly with the household.

As household members work from home on some days, flexibility and discretion are important. Work areas may vary from day to day, so the successful candidate should be comfortable adapting to the household's needs.
