A warm and welcoming family is seeking a highly experienced, nurturing and engaging nanny to provide care for their 6 month old baby two days per week. This role offers an opportunity to support a relaxed household while providing meaningful, one on one care.

This is a friendly and easygoing household that values a calm, happy home environment. They are seeking support to provide Mum with some well-deserved respite. Their baby is curious, alert, and enjoys an active, engaging day with plenty of interaction and stimulation.

The home is a ground-floor, three-bedroom apartment in a convenient and walkable location. The household also includes two well-behaved pets—a ragdoll cat and a small pug—so comfort around animals is important.



⏰ Key Responsibilities
This is primarily a sole-charge position. Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, end-to-end care for an infant
Feeding (formula and introduction to solids)
Nappy changes, settling, and nap routines
Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
Taking the baby on outings (walks, parks, cafes, etc.)
Keeping a simple log of feeds and naps (via an app)
Light baby-related household tasks (tidying toys, washing/sterilising bottles)

🌟 Ideal Educator Profile
The family is seeking someone who is:
Highly experienced with infants of a similar age
Confident in supporting developmental milestones (feeding, movement, emotional regulation)
Energetic, proactive, and engaging, with a calm and nurturing presence
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
Holds relevant checks (WWCC, Police Check, First Aid/CPR)
Driver’s licence preferred (for local outings), though not essential
Comfortable around friendly pets
