A loving and creative family is seeking a warm, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for their delightful 18-month-old daughter. This family of three values a calm, nurturing, and creative home environment. One parent works from home supporting a family business, while the other travels regularly for work.
As the family transitions into a new stage of balancing work and home commitments, they are looking for a reliable and caring nanny to provide support with their daughter's day-to-day care.
🧒 About the Children
The family's toddler is happy, curious, and thrives on meaningful interaction, play, and exploration. She currently has one daytime nap, usually from around 12:00pm to 2:00pm. A parent will generally be at home and available to assist with meals and sleep routines if required.
⏰ Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for:
Providing attentive and nurturing care
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate play and learning activities
Encouraging creativity, exploration, and developmental growth
Supporting daily routines and maintaining a positive environment
Building a strong and trusting relationship with both the child and family
The family is flexible and welcomes a nanny who can bring their own ideas, experience, and creativity to the role.

You will have:
- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in the Childcare Industry working as a Nanny, Child Carer, Child Educator or in similar positions
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Flexibility, commitment and a great work ethic
- Full vaccination status
