👪 About the Family
A first time mum with a child with complex and challenging needs. Both parents are involved with their child's well-being. This role will suit a nanny who had experience with cerebral palsy illness.

🔹 About the Role
We need a nanny who can read their child stories. We need a nanny who can assist in the further implementation of his therapy goals like:
Speech therapy - reinforcing to use his switch toy to communicate "more" where applicable
Physiotherapy - putting their child on his walker so he can build muscles in his legs with the outlook he'd be able to use the walker to walk unassisted around the house
Occupational therapy - helping him with his gross motor skills (e.g., grasping a toy and holding it for a relatively long time).

3.5 years old boy - he has complex and challenging needs due to his cerebral palsy diagnosis


🌟 Ideal Nanny Qualities
Experience in disability space preference
Non-smoker
Someone who can read stories to the child
