👶 About the Role
The family is seeking an engaging and reliable Household Manager/After-School hybrid Nanny to support their child during the afternoons. The role focuses on maintenance of the home, errands school pick-up, after-school routines, and relaxed, enjoyable care until the parent returns home.
📚 Key Responsibilities
• School pick-up from a local school
• Walking or driving the child home (driving only required in poor weather)
• Supporting after-school routines (washing hands, tidying up)
• Preparing a healthy afternoon snack
• Engaging in calm, imaginative play
• Assisting with preparing or commencing dinner
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment

• Upbeat, positive, and reliable
• Honest, clean, and communicative

• Experienced with school-aged children
• Health-conscious and respectful of hygiene expectations

• Comfortable with school pick-ups
• Driving not essential
• Must not attend work if feeling unwell

You will have:
- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in the Childcare Industry working as a Nanny, Child Carer, Child Educator or in similar positions
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Flexibility, commitment and a great work ethic
- Full vaccination status
