🔹 About the Family
We are a warm, welcoming and busy professional family. Seeking a mature, confident and experienced Nanny Educator to support our two school-aged children. Both children are used to having a nanny and respond best to someone who can connect, engage, guide and lead with confidence. We are looking for someone who can genuinely “take the reins” during care hours while maintaining open, respectful communication with us.
🌟 Role Overview
This is a Nanny Educator role (not babysitting), best suited to someone who enjoys child development, structured engagement and building strong relationships with children.
⏰ Role Includes:
- Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care
- Engaging children in meaningful play, activities and conversation
- School pick-ups
- Supporting emotional regulations, transitions and after-school routines
Creating calm, structured afternoon environment
Child-related tasks only (no general housework)
🌟 Ideal Educator Profile
- We are specifically seeking someone is:
- Experienced and confident (minimum 3 years childcare/nanny experience)
- Warm, caring, professional and emotionally mature
- Able to calmly guide, redirect and engage children
- Comfortable working alongside a parent who occasionally works from home
- Proactive, reliable and confident communicating with parents
- Non-smoker
- No personal phone/tech while supervising the children

You will have:
- A minimum 3 years' full-time experience in the Childcare Industry working as a Nanny, Child Carer, Child Educator or in similar positions
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate issued in Australia
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check for Employees
- National Police Clearance issued within 12 months in Australia
- Permanent Australian residency or a valid working visa
- Flexibility, commitment and a great work ethic
- Full vaccination status
