Both older children have additional needs and enjoy creative activities like drawing, painting, and outdoor walks. the children require high levels of care, structure, and emotional support throughout the day.

This is the family’s first experience with a nanny or support worker, and they are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of their daily routine.

🔹 About the Role
This is a child-focused role that combines early childhood education, developmental support, and caregiving. The position is ideal for someone passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and comfortable working in a home-based setting.

💼Key responsibilities include:
Providing age-appropriate, play-based learning and developmental activities
Supporting emotional regulation, independence, and social engagement
Assisting with personal care and hygiene (toileting support required for Ayesha)
Following and implementing a set daily routine (schedule provided in the home)
School drop-off and pick-up
Maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Engaging with children through outdoor walks, crafts, and creative activities

🧒 About the Children
Older children require high levels of support with self-care, regulation, and structured engagement and early learning development.

Newborn will be present in the home but mum is also home, some support required.

🌟 Ideal Educator Profile
Experienced in working with children with additional needs, particularly ASD and GDD
Patient, compassionate, and skilled in managing challenging behaviours
Able to foster children’s independence, life skills, and emotional development
Capable of providing high-level supervision and engagement in a safe and structured way
Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle (essential for school transport)
Familiar with child-safe practices and positive behaviour support
